I am a easy-going tutor who has a genuine love for children. I love teaching math, reading, writing. I have created my own games to reinforce concepts so children can move as slow as they must but as quickly as they can to learn at their own pace. In my spare time, I love taking in many outdoor sports, going to concerts with friends, and sometimes pausing to knit, crochet, or sew. My lessons are very individualized and focus on each student and what he/she can do. Research has shown that engaging students in what they are interested in and where they excel will lead to the outcomes of better academic performance, higher test scores, and ultimately students’ ability to reach their full potential after high school.
